Following the release of their first full album “Fiction and Fact”, the B2ST boys begun their comeback promotions on today’s episode of MBC’s Music Core with their title track, “Fiction“.

“Fiction” is a song that features sorrowful lyrics with an addictive piano riff that tells the story of a man who refuses to accept the loss of his love.

BEAST \ B2ST - WHO WOULD YOU GO OUT WITH???

On a recent poll conducted by SBS‘ ‘Inkigayo,’ female idols have reportedly chosen Big Bang’s G-Dragon as the top male idol that they would want to have a spring outing with.

Last month, SBS’ ‘Inkigayo’ polled the then-promoting idols and various staff members on which male idol they wanted to go on a spring outing with the most. The results, were recently posted and revealed that G-Dragon was the man on top. Trailing close behind G-Dragon were TVXQ’s Yunho and ZE:A’s Kwanghee who were both tied for 2nd. Fellow member T.O.P. and CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa tied for 3rd, BEAST’s Doojoon came in 4th, and BEAST’s Kikwang in 5th.

The reason given for G-Dragon receiving the most votes was because of his sense of fashion and manners. In particular, many imagined that G-Dragon would surprise his girlfriend with a pair of spring wedge-heels before the outing and would come dressed in a casual shirt with a matching bow-tie.

Yunho placed in second for the ‘oppa’ image he acquired after introducing his younger sister last month. Kwanghee also landed in 2nd place for his fun gestures and unique voice that have a ‘happy-virus’ effect on people.

In 3rd place, T.O.P. was chosen for his humor and manners that attribute to his ‘perfect’ image while Jung Yong Hwa was chosen for his sweet image he acquired from ‘We Got Married.’ In addition, Doojoon was chosen for 4th place as he is often chosen as the ideal type by female celebrities–hence, his nickname ‘Boyfriend idol’–and Kikwang placed 5th for his dancing skills, particularly for his ‘American dance.’

Conversely, male idols voted for female idols as well. Orange Caramel’s Nana placed 1st, IU came in 2nd, 4minute’s HyunA in 3rd, Girls’ Day’s Minah in 4th, and f(x)’s Sulli in 5th.

BEAST \ B2ST - CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH 4MINUTE

4minute recently opened up about their relationship with sibling group B2ST.

As B2ST were making their comeback on KBS’s “Music Bank“, 4minute was approached about their labelmates. The girls confessed, “They’re not like our siblings (brothers and sisters), they are like our brothers (treated like brothers instead of sisters).”

During a recent interview, 4minute said, “As B2ST is getting more popular, their female fans seem to be worried that they will get into scandals with other girl groups. However, the problem is that even B2ST’s fans don’t see us as a girl group, but rather as B2ST’s sibling group. We were shocked to hear their fans say, ‘If you are going to get in a scandal, get in one with the 4minute unnis’.”

Both 4minute and B2ST are groups under Cube Entertainment, and fans have known about their close relationship since their respective debuts.

4minute continued, “B2ST’s fans even take us easy. Our fans even pressured that if we are to have joint stages for year-end festivals, that we don’t do them with any other team besides B2ST.”

Currently, 4minute is promoting their follow-up track “Heart To Heart” and are passing the baton to B2ST, who are making their comeback this week with their title track “Fiction“.

BEAST \ B2ST - MUSIC BANK IN TOKYO

Korea’s KBS music program “MUSIC BANK” will be heading to Tokyo for a live event at the Tokyo Dome on July 13th titled “K-POP FESTIVAL – MUSIC BANK in TOKYO – ”.

15 eclectic Korean groups and artists are expected to attend including TVXQ, KARA, SNSD, 2PM, B2ST, 4Minute, U-KISS, IU, Baek Ji Young, Secret, Rainbow, INFINITE, Park Hyunbin, RaNia and X-5. IU, recently held her first performance in Japan the other day at Tokyo Legend 2011 and RaNia and X-5 just debuted recently. The line-up is full of variety.

Tickets will go on sale at the beginning of June.
